 BioCool

BioCool switches the BioFresh compartment to maximum cooling. It is recommended if you wish to cool food or drinks rapidly. After approximately 6 hours the electronic control system switches back to normal energy-saving operation. Available exclusively in the SBSes 7353.

BioFresh

Liebherr’s BioFresh technology offers you just the right climate for all different kinds of food. The low humidity DrySafe is ideal for storing meat, fi sh and dairy products. Fruit and vegetables are best kept in HydroSafe with a high level of humidity. Precision electronics ensure the temperature is accurately maintained at just above 0°C, thus preventing your food from freezing. The humidity in the HydroSafe can be adjusted according to your needs.

BioFreshPlus

The separate BioFreshPlus electronic control system enables you to control the temperatures to suit your food. Setting from -2°C to +6°C with different humidity settings enables you to store produce from fi sh to exotic fruits for longer. Food stored in BioFreshPlus compartments retain healthy vitamins, aroma and appetising appearance up to three times longer than in a conventional fridge.

Bottle Rack

The Bottle rack is the perfect complement to the interior of the refrigerator featuring slightly inclined shelves.

Bottle Shelf

The Bottle shelf is the practical and elegant answer for storing drinks. As many as fi ve bottles can be chilled quickly and kept stored in a space-saving way.

Champagne Shelf

The Champagne shelf offers ample space for rapidly cooling 5 bottles. Drinks just over 0°C are especially refreshing in summer.

DuoCooling

With the DuoCooling system for fridge-freezer, two separately controlled cooling circuits allow you to set and maintain the temperature in the refrigerator and freezer compartments accurately and independently. DuoCooling also allows no exchange of air between the refrigerator and freezer compartments, stopping food from drying out.

FrostSafe

The transparent drawers are extra deep, sealed all around, can easily be removed and are designed so that all frozen food from large poultry to a boxed pizza will fi t conveniently and neatly. With FrostSafe system, cold temperatures are generated above and below every drawer, and can be used for both freezing and storage. There’s no need to repack the food once it has been frozen.

GlassLine Storage Shelves

The attractive stainless steel trims add a fi nished touch to the harmonious appearance of the elegant, tough, scratch resistant and easy to clean GlassLine storage shelves. One of the glass shelves is sectioned so that the front half can slide under the other to provide room for tall containers.

IceMaker

Liebherr’s internal IceMaker, which is permanently plumbed in, provides a constant supply of perfect ice cubes for every occasion. The IceMaker replenishes your supply automatically and can be turned off if needed. The twist tray principle means the ice cubes are dispensed from the tray without having to heat them. The ice cubes do not defrost and do not change shape or stick. An external IceCenter is available on SBSes 7273.

LCD Display

The LCD display with innovative design, user friendliness and clear menu assistance provides even more information and enhanced convenience. The wide array of options on the LCD display is clearly presented. All controllable functions are accessed at the press of a menu button. Detailed information on the storage life of food is also available.

LED Light Column

The LED light column creates a benchmark in interior illumination. LED technology means the light housing is seamlessly incorporated in the compartment liner. The LED lights are cooler, longer lasting and more energy effi cient.

MagicEye Controls

The elegant and exact MagicEye controls keep the temperature at precisely the level you select. Clearly arranged function buttons make the appliance as easy as possible to use. Some models also offer LCD displays.

Thank you for your purchase. As a locally owned business, your support is appreciated.

To ensure we give you the best delivery experience, please read through the following information.

Customer Service is important to us, we offer two delivery options:

Standard Delivery - (Door to Door Only)

Premium Delivery - (Deliver, Unpack, Placement, Check Product, Takeaway Rubbish)

Call one of our Online team on (03) 9809-2222 to discuss the best delivery option suitable for your location and product.

Before the delivery day:

  • Please check all details on your invoice are correct including your phone number, delivery address and delivery date.
    If you need to make an adjustment, please do not hesitate to contact your salesperson or the Warehouse Team.
  • It is VERY important to double check your new appliance measurements. 
    Are you sure that it will fit through ALL doors, hallways, stairwells, and cavities?
  • Prepare/ protect any wooden floors if your delivery is a large heavy appliance.
  • Have you advised the delivery team if there are any stairs and how many stairs?
  • Make sure that cars and other obstacles are not blocking our delivery vehicle or trolley.
  • Whilst our team love pets, please ensure that your pets are placed in an enclosed area out of harm’s way for the duration of the delivery.
  • If we are removing an old appliance, have you advised the delivery team that this service is required? As removal and disposal may incur additional charges.
    Prior to the delivery team arriving, the old appliance must be emptied and disconnected from electricity and water so it can be safely taken away.
    We will remove one old item for every new item being delivered, however, we are not able to re-deliver them to another address

What to expect on the day:

  • The Warehouse Team will contact you before 9.30am to provide you with an estimated delivery window.
  • Please ensure you are home at this time as additional charges may apply for a redelivery
  • If you have paid for installation of a fridge or washing machine, the team will unbox prior to entering your premises to avoid unnecessary mess
  • For fridges we do not remove doors, attach handles or connect plumbing.
    Please contact us if you need these additional services.
  • Washing machines & dishwashers can only be connected to existing power.
    Due to liability issues, the property owner is required to attach the appliance to the water supply.

What our delivery staff cannot do:

  • Remove their safety boots.
  • Perform any carpentry, electrical or plumbing work.
  • Lift any heavy items over banisters, obstructions or through windows to deliver merchandise.
  • Remove doors or other fixtures.
  • Enter a residence unaccompanied.
  • Re-deliver your old products to another address.
  • Connect audio visual systems.
  • Leave unpaid items in your home.
  • Adjust or connect any existing products.
  • Return to collect unwanted packaging or old products.

Our team have many years of experience and will endeavour to make your delivery as smooth and efficient as possible.

Stock Availability

We do not have stock levels on our website.  This is due to carry such a large range of products, some products are supplied direct from the supplier and some are from our warehouse.

When you place your order it may be in our warehouse or we may need to source it from our suppliers.

Each order is MANUALLY processed, when you place your order, the stock availability is checked.   Within 24hours, if there is a supply issue, one of our friendly Online Product Specialists will then call you to confirm your order and advise you as to the stock availability.

If we cannot contact you we will either leave a voicemail message or send you an email with the relevant information.

Returns Policy

We all know that sometimes when you make a purchase, you get it home and it's not quite right.

Since January 2011, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund if goods or services you buy has problems. We are more than happy to provide a refund should the goods you purchased be:

  • Faulty or unsafe
  • Does not match the sample or description
  • Does not do what we said it would in writing – or requested it to do in writing

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights, because your satisfaction is important to us.

If your goods remain new in a box, unopened and the packaging is in a saleable condition, you may return them within 30 days from your original purchase date for a refund.

Where goods have been unboxed, a 20% restocking fee (20% of the goods purchase price) will apply, the goods must be un-used and not have been connected. We do not accept returns for goods that have been used or damaged. We charge the restocking fee to cover return costs.

A collection fee of $40 or the amount of a delivery (whichever is greater) will be charged to collect your goods. If you arrange for your goods to be collected, it may take up to 5 business days to arrange.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All refunds will be issued when goods have arrived back to Camberwell Electrics warehouse and have been assessed by the Warehouse Manager.
Proof of purchase will be required before the goods can be returned.

We are unable to accept the return, if the goods are found to have fault, or that the goods have been damaged.

At Camberwell Electrics, we always take a fair and reasonable approach to assess your returned good.

Camberwell Electrics cannot accept returns purchased from another BETTA / Designer Appliances store.

Approved refunds will be processed to the same account that the purchase was made from.
